Tina, what a beautiful story. I love the symbolism behind the veil, that it symbolizes the unending love of your mother and grandmother. You looked like an absolute PRINCESS! It is so touching the way your daughter became a part of your story. I enjoyed hearing her voice and her perspective on the veil. It gave me the chills! Thank you for sharing this, I loved it.

Your story is so touching, and your veil is gorgeous! My favorite part is when you shared about your daughter wanting to wear this veil. Her prayer was the icing on the cake...so beautiful! What a treasured item with a heart-warming story. Thank you for sharing.

Tina, your story of the veil and your wedding was lovely. I connected with your story on several levels since I’m in the process of planning my own wedding. I understand how important it is to include your mother and grandmother in the special process of shopping for a wedding gown. I’m looking forward to wedding dress shopping at the end of the month with my mother and my Godmother. Sadly, my Grammom passed away a couple of years ago, but on my wedding day I’ll have her with me since I’ll be wearing her pearls. These traditions are sacred and it’s so generous and kind of you to allow your mother to live out her wedding dreams through your special day.

Tina, you did a truly beautiful job paying tribute to the line of strong women that you come from. A strong theme of family love is evident in your narration and you do a wonderful job making an object mean so much more and embody the qualities of your grandmother and mother. That is no easy feat. Wonderful job!
